My daughter frequently complains about severe headaches. She is unable to study because of this. It becomes severe in the morning after she wakes up, and also after returning home from school. I tried giving her painkillers. But, it didn’t show any results. She often has to take leaves due to this headache.

I have tried some online tips. I applied ice packs and has even tried applying heat to her shoulder and neck muscles. It has given her only temporary results and next day she wakes up with the same problem. One of my friends told that chiropractic treatment from BurlingtonAaughter is effective in treating headaches.

I guess that her headache is caused due to tension. How does a tension headache differ from a migraine? Could poor posture make headache problems worse? Which are the other factors that can trigger a headache?
